Hi. Congratulations on your engagement! How exciting. Good times ahead that’s for sure.
My name is Sally and I have been in the event management and entertainment industry for over a decade. Drawn from all this experience, my passion and intention is simple and straight forward – to assist and help you have a smooth, organised, stress free, enjoyable and most magical day of your life. Nothing more, nothing less. I personally get a huge amount of satisfaction and fulfillment in seeing weddings days be created from a few ideas and an organised running sheet launch into life – smiles, laughter and love. I pride myself in not leaving one stone unturned, meticulous with the details, diligent, using my common sense and going above and beyond when I see the opportunity. I adore building a relationship with the couple and then on the day, being your wing girl and back bone, getting to know your family and friends with everyone entrusting me with all the big and little jobs that are needed to be done. Nothing is too small or big. I am there for you to ensure you have the best day possible with a calm and considerate approach.
Organising a wedding can be tricky and stressful and then making it come to life and putting it all together can you quite a balancing act and overwhelming – the last thing you want to deal with. My job is to take all the stress away on the day. Let all the guests and most importantly the bride and groom relax and savour every moment, making sure the day runs seamlessly without anyone lifting a finger.
What I offer:
I am a Wedding Coordinator. I am for the couple that need a little combined help but want to do the majority of organising themselves. After 2-3 meetings I help you put the puzzle of the day together by assisting you with a running sheet and any queries and guidance you need. When it comes closer to the special date, I take care of all the logistics the day before by meeting venue, vendors and suppliers and doing any jobs outstanding. On the wedding day, I sew it altogether from the minute the sun rises until the very last guest leaves looking after everything planned to all mishaps and odd jobs. I can also do pack down and clean up the next day.
My specialty is off location weddings that don’t have a wedding coordinator already offered. I am happy to do ceremony or ceremony and reception at the same or different locations. I am very flexible, open minded and willing to travel.
